The BAG OPENING MACHINE, designed to ensure production efficiency and continuity with uninterrupted and optimal costs, has a loading capacity of up to 4 tonnes thanks to its chain conveyor belts. The cutting process of raw material bags is performed by 20 high-speed steel blades. Shaking arms ensure that the cut bags are completely emptied. Thanks to the propeller system, you can fill empty bags into bigbags. The bag opening machine, with an hourly capacity of 18 TONS, is PLC-controlled with a touch screen. With the silo control system, you can transfer raw materials to your silos according to your production quantity with only two operators.
The ability to completely empty bags provides significant savings for companies with high-tonnage production capacities. It can be manufactured to be food-grade upon request.
